This year, we are looking for passionate interns who share our love for celebrating life's special moments to join us on an adventure to create magical experiences through our brand!

We are excited to offer a six-month internship opportunity for you to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to our team from July 1st, 2025 to January 31st, 2026. While this internship is unpaid, selected candidates will gain invaluable hands-on experience in brand building, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations while enjoying exclusive team perks and the potential to transition to part-time, full-time, or contracting roles after the internship.

You will work in a hybrid model with a flexible schedule; you can work remotely most of the time, with at least one day per week in our studio (Taipei, Wenshan Dist.) along with offline events, photoshoots, and team activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

We offer five specialized internship roles designed to match your skills and interests while contributing to different aspects of our business. Role details will be adjusted based on your capabilities and team dynamics.


Content Creator & Social Media

Working closely with: Marketing Team, Visual Director

  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Daily Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms using management tools
    • Content Production Coordination: Manage team-based content creation where tasks are divided (editing, captions, subtitles, etc.), ensuring seamless collaboration and quality output
    • Content Calendar Execution: Work with the marketing team to ensure campaign messaging is consistently represented across all social media channels
    • Team Task Management: Coordinate with team members when content creation is divided among multiple people (A does editing, B writes captions, C handles subtitles), ensuring timely delivery and cohesive final products
    • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally, fostering an active and positive community
    • Campaign Content Creation: Develop platform-specific content (images, videos, stories, reels) that aligns with ongoing marketing campaigns and brand launches
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics, analyze content performance, and provide insights for optimization
    • Real-time Engagement: Manage live interactions during campaign launches, events, and special promotions

Working closely with: Marketing Team, Website Team

  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Newsletter Creation: Design and write compelling email newsletters that communicate updates, promotions, and brand stories to our subscriber base
    • Blog Content Development: Research, write, and publish engaging blog posts on topics relevant to our brand, products, and audience interests
    • Cross-platform Content Strategy: Work closely with the social media team to ensure content messaging is consistent and optimized across all digital channels
    • Email Campaign Support: Assist in creating automated email sequences and campaign content using our email marketing tools
    • Content SEO Optimization: Write SEO-friendly content that helps improve our website's search visibility
    • Editorial Calendar Management: Plan and maintain content schedules for both blog and newsletter publications, coordinating with social media calendar
    • Content Adaptation & Distribution: Repurpose content across different channels while maintaining messaging consistency and working with social media team for optimal reach

PR & Influencer Relations Specialist

Working closely with: Marketing Team, Operations Team

  • Core Responsibilities:
    • PR Database Management: Maintain and update comprehensive PR contact lists, tracking interaction history and relationship status
    • PR Gifting Program: Plan, coordinate, and execute regular PR gift distributions, working with the operations team for fulfillment
    • Campaign PR Strategy: Develop PR approaches for product launches and seasonal campaigns, identifying key media contacts and influencers
    • Outreach & Relationship Building: Research and reach out to potential PR partners, and influencers
    • Partnership Coordination: Manage ongoing relationships with existing PR contacts and influencer partners
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor PR coverage, influencer post performance, and overall campaign reach

Working closely with: Operations Team, Website Team, Product Design Team

  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Product Database Management: Edit, confirm, and update all product details in our internal database and Shopify website
    • Cross-team Coordination: Work closely with operations, design, and website teams to ensure product information accuracy across all platforms
    • Product Launch Support: Assist in new product launches by preparing product pages, descriptions, and technical specifications
    • Inventory Integration: Coordinate with operations team to ensure product availability and stock levels are accurately reflected online
    • Quality Assurance: Review product listings for accuracy, completeness, and brand consistency
    • Customer Experience Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve product presentation and information for better customer experience

Working closely with: Marketing Team, All Departments

  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Campaign Project Management: Learn to manage complete marketing projects from concept to execution using our project management systems
    • Cross-team Coordination: Facilitate communication between different teams (content, design, operations) during campaign execution
    • Timeline Management: Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
    • Campaign Analysis: Assist in post-campaign analysis, gathering data from different channels and preparing performance reports
    • Resource Coordination: Help allocate team resources and manage campaign budgets under supervision
    • Process Documentation: Create and maintain project templates, workflows, and best practices documentation

    • Bring dedication and energy to the team, always seeking improvement opportunities
    • Contribute creative ideas and solutions proactively
    • Learn how to use Notion app
    • Have review/evaluation meetings to discuss about what you learned, want to learn more and adjust intern direction every other month. At the end of August, there will be the first evaluation to decide if you can keep interning for the holiday season.
